The location was fantastic, with the hotel being close to the city centre, shops, restaurants, and everything in town. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities, such as the large kitchen, lounge dining area, and pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

If you plan to visit merimbula marina, it's 10 minutes walking. The room was so good sized. It was adjacent to spencer park beach. Free parking on-site was provided.

The mini-kitchen was suitable for our needs, and we enjoyed the amazing view, plus there's a restaurant within walking distance.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail in the recently refurbished rooms is noticeable, making for a clean and comfortable stay. The location in the center of town is convenient, as everything is close by and easily accessible. The million dollar views from the rooms are simply fantastic, providing a picturesque backdrop throughout the stay.

Awesome location with a fantastic view of the water, absolutely loved waking up every morning and taking in the views! Perfect walking distance to shops and attractions. the staff were really friendly and welcoming, they made us feel at home from the first moment. the unit was clean, cosy and had everything we needed to make our weekend stay comfortable.

The spiral staircase was a bit narrow and steep, a potential issue for people with mobility problems. the heating system was a bit confusing, it took some time to figure out how to turn it on and get the temperature right.

Great Easter Getaway!

Spent Easter in a hotel with a stunning view. Walking distance to shops and cafes, with a short distance to the beach. The apartment was spacious and clean with a large balcony. Ideal for enjoying the beautiful view and perfect for family breakfast. There was an outdoor pool and a BBQ area that we could use to grill our meals. The highlight of our stay was being able to spot whales from the balcony. It was absolutely incredible!

The pool could have been cleaner, and some of the BBQ facilities were not functioning. , it would have been better to have more towels provided in the room as they get dirty easily, and you may not want to do laundry while on vacation.
